Job Summary

A Customer Relations Executive is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers, addressing their concerns, providing excellent service, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide warm, professional assistance through in-person, phone, and email communication.

• Understand customer vehicle concerns and coordinate effectively with Service Advisors and Technicians.

• Manage service appointments, bookings, reminders, confirmations, and daily service schedules.

• Keep customers informed about their vehicle's service status, progress, completion, and any required follow-up.

• Address and resolve customer complaints by coordinating with relevant departments and escalating complex cases when necessary.

• Maintain accurate customer records, service history, interactions, and follow-up details in the Hyundai DMS.

• Collect, analyze, and report customer feedback and complaints to identify opportunities for service improvement.

• Proactively inform customers about due services, service advisories, recalls, and other relevant updates.

• Promote and upsell value-added services, including AMC, service packages, loyalty programs, and special offers.

• Process, maintain documentation, and support the timely renewal of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).

• Monitor customer service and operational metrics and contribute to process improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.

• Ensure a professional, welcoming, and well-maintained reception, customer lounge, and front-desk environment.
