Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Education Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling students who are planning to study in Australia and the UK, achieving monthly sales targets, and providing updated information on admission and visa processes. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to client management, and the ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge about international education trends and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and guidance to students aspiring to study in Australia and the UK

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales target

• Engage and follow up with potential leads and maintain regular communication

• Stay updated on immigration and education policy changes for Australia and the UK

• Assist clients through the entire admission and visa process

• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up schedules

• Work collaboratively with the team to improve services and achieve goals

Other Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or similar preferred)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in counseling or sales in the education consultancy sector

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed goals

• Proficient in MS Office tools and CRM systems

• Updated knowledge of study visa procedures for Australia and the UK
