Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and required standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and cooking areas.

• Ensure food is properly stored and handled safely.

• Monitor food quality, taste, freshness, and presentation.

• Keep kitchen equipment and utensils clean and in good condition.

• Manage food supplies and inform the supervisor when ingredients are running low.

• Follow health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.

• Assist with menu preparation and other kitchen duties as required.

• Work efficiently as part of a kitchen team.

Requirements

• Previous cooking experience preferred.

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking methods.

• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
