We are looking for an experienced Indian Halwai who specializes in preparing traditional Indian sweets, snacks, and savory items. The ideal candidate should have expertise in making samosas and other popular Indian snacks while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, hygiene, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of Indian sweets (mithai) and snacks according to standard recipes.

• Expertly prepare and fry samosas, kachoris, pakoras, and other traditional snacks.

• Prepare fillings, dough, and spice mixtures with consistent quality.

• Ensure food is cooked, presented, and stored according to food safety standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work area.

• Monitor food quality, freshness, and inventory of ingredients.

• Minimize food waste and ensure efficient use of supplies.
