1.Able to prepare and sells food within recommended time frames to meet Guest expectations

2 Able to operate kitchen equipment like braising pan, baking ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers.

3. Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items are received and are good quality

4.Understanding of basic food hygiene practices

5.Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor when stock is low

6.Cleaning and ensuring that all the work stations are organized and properly sanitized

7.Provide the highest and most efficient level of hospitality service to the hotel guests

8.Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food

9.Cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards and food preparation checklist.

10.Check and ensure the correctness of the temperature of appliances and food.

11. Serve food in proper portions on to correct serving vessels and plates.
