Job Summary

A Client Service Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, resolving client inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver quality services. The role focuses on building long-term client relationships, identifying client needs, and contributing to business growth through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

• Respond promptly to client inquiries, requests, and complaints.

• Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.

• Coordinate with sales, operations, finance, and technical teams to ensure timely service delivery.

• Monitor client accounts and ensure all commitments are fulfilled.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and service agreements as required.

• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.

• Maintain accurate client records in CRM or other management systems.

• Generate reports on client activities, service performance, and feedback.

• Support the onboarding process for new clients.

• Assist in resolving billing or service related issues.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

• Participate in meetings, presentations, and client visits when necessary.

Required Qualifications
