The Client & Production Coordinator is responsible for coordinating between clients, internal teams, vendors, and production units to ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and according to client requirements. The role involves managing client communication, coordinating production schedules, tracking project progress, resolving operational issues, and maintaining proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Enquiries & Communication

• Respond to enquiries received through Facebook, Instagram, email, phone, and other channels.

• Provide clients with accurate information about our photography and videography services.

• Follow up with potential clients and maintain enquiry records.

• Coordinate with the relevant team members to answer client questions.
