Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to prepare high-quality meals, manage kitchen operations, and ensure excellent food presentation and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards

• Plan menus and suggest new dishes

• Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities

• Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are maintained

• Monitor inventory and order kitchen supplies when required

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas

• Control food costs and minimize wastage

• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals

• Train junior kitchen staff when necessary

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook

• Knowledge of various cooking methods and cuisines

• Understanding of food safety regulations

• Strong leadership and teamwork skills

• Ability to work under pressure

• Creativity and attention to detail

• Culinary degree or certification preferred
