Job Summary:

The Campaign Coordinator supports the planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of marketing, advertising, fundraising, political, or promotional campaigns. This role ensures campaign activities are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Resposibilities

1. Client Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

• Understand client objectives, briefs, timelines, and budgets

• Present campaign plans, updates, and performance reports to clients

• Ensure timely execution and high client satisfaction

2. Campaign & Influencer Coordination:

• Plan, manage, and execute influencer marketing campaigns

• Coordinate with influencers for deliverables, timelines, and content approvals

• Share briefs, track content submissions, and ensure brand guideline compliance

• Manage replacements, delays, and last-minute changes professionally

3. Internal Coordination & Reporting:

• Work closely with influencer, content, and operations teams

• Maintain campaign trackers, budgets, and timelines

• Monitor campaign performance and compile post-campaign reports

• Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and upselling
