Job Summary

The CSR Intern will support the organization’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, community engagement activities, research, documentation, and reporting. The role provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in CSR program planning, stakeholder coordination, social impact activities, and sustainability practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing CSR and community development initiatives.

• Conduct research on social, environmental, and community-related issues relevant to the organization.

• Support CSR events, campaigns, workshops, awareness programs, and community activities.

• Coordinate with NGOs, community groups, beneficiaries, volunteers, and other stakeholders.

• Assist in monitoring CSR projects and collecting information on project outcomes and impact.

• Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, activity updates, and other CSR documentation.

• Maintain records of CSR activities, beneficiaries, expenditures, photographs, and supporting documents.

• Support data collection, surveys, field visits, and beneficiary feedback activities.

• Assist with social media and communication content related to CSR initiatives.

• Help identify potential community partnerships and CSR opportunities.

• Support sustainability and environmental initiatives where applicable.

• Perform other CSR-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Relations, Communications, Environmental Studies, or a related field.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Nepali.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
