• Lead the preparation and presentation of high-quality Chinese and Nepali dishes.

• Supervise, train, and mentor Commis Chefs and junior kitchen team members.

• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen organization.

• Monitor inventory, manage stock efficiently, and minimize food waste.

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to develop menus and deliver exceptional dining experiences.
