Job Summary
Orbit International is seeking a motivated, energetic, and result-oriented Business Development Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, expanding the company's market presence, and contributing to overall business growth. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting clients, developing business strategies, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and field visits.
Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert prospects into long-term business partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales reports.
Negotiate contracts and business agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Follow up with clients to maintain long-term relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
Represent Orbit International in business meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities.
Submit regular progress reports and business updates to management.
Required Qualifications
Master’s/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also be considered).
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop business opportunities.
Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
