Job Summary

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, expanding the customer base, and driving revenue growth. The role involves market research, lead generation, client relationship management, proposal preparation, negotiation, and achieving sales targets while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business growth and sales initiatives.

  • Develop and execute business development strategies.

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships.

  • Acquire new customers and manage key client relationships.

  • Expand the company's market presence and increase revenue.

  • Promote and sell the company's software solutions, including ERP Systems, Inventory & Fixed Asset Management Software, Human Resource & Payroll Management Systems, Cloud Solutions, Other IT services


Required Qualification’s

  • MBA (preferred) Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, Information Technology, or a related field


Experience

  • At least 8 years in business development and client relationship management

  • Experience in the IT/software industry 

  • Proven experience selling or implementing ERP software solutions 

  • Experience handling corporate clients and enterprise accounts
