Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills with a proactive approach to achieving business targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product or service solutions.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.

  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to expand business reach.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and business development updates for management.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.

  • Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills may also be considered.


Required Skills

  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities.

  • Proven ability to meet sales targets.

  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
