Job Summary

The Business Development Associate will support Safaa's business development and sales activities by identifying potential customers, generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting Safaa's waterless vehicle cleaning services. The role will involve customer outreach, field activities, lead generation, follow-ups, market research, and supporting the business development team in expanding Safaa's customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential individual and corporate customers for Safaa's services.

• Generate new leads through field visits, calls, networking, referrals, and other channels.

• Promote Safaa's waterless and eco-friendly vehicle cleaning services.

• Contact potential customers and introduce Safaa's services.

• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective customers.

• Assist in acquiring new individual and corporate customers.

• Identify potential fleet owners, dealerships, rental companies, businesses, and other B2B customers.

• Support client meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and sales activities.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and other sales materials when required.

• Conduct basic market research and identify new business opportunities.

• Monitor customer feedback, competitor activities, and market trends.

• Maintain an updated record of leads, prospects, customer interactions, and sales activities.

• Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams to support smooth customer service.

• Assist in developing strategies to increase customer acquisition and sales.

• Achieve assigned lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales targets.

• Prepare regular updates and reports on business development activities.

• Perform other duties related to sales and business development as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Sales, or a related field.

• Previous experience in sales, business development, marketing, customer service, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable with field work, customer visits, and direct sales activities.

• Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management.

• Experience in automotive, cleaning services, sustainability, or B2B sales will be an advantage.

• Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in sales and business development are encouraged to apply.
