Job Description:

A Brand Manager shapes a company’s public image, driving brand growth, awareness, and loyalty through strategic marketing. Manage campaigns, analyze market trends and competitor activity, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels to boost sales and market share. This role requires balancing creative vision with data-driven decision-making, often collaborating with cross-functional teams. 

Key responsibilities:

• Brand Strategy & Development: Defining brand positioning, messaging, and long-term goals.

• Marketing Campaign Management: Planning and executing advertising, promotion, and marketing campaigns.

• Market Research & Analysis: Monitoring consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activity.

• Brand Consistency: Ensuring consistent brand identity across all platforms, including social media, product packaging, and advertising.

• Budget & Performance Tracking: Managing marketing budgets and analyzing ROI/KPIs to measure success.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with sales, creative, and product development teams to align brand goals.
