Job Summary

The Brand Promotion & Communication Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, managing internal and external communications, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. The role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, reputation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight gathering

• Define product roadmap, pricing, positioning, and packaging strategies

• Collaborate with partnerships teams on bundled and joint offerings

• Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) execution, including content, training, and internal alignment

• Support Sales and Customer Experience teams with product knowledge and updates

• Monitor product performance, customer adoption, and feedback

•   Drive continuous improvement and innovation across products and campaigns

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) boosting and other paid channels

• Support business planning, forecasting, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) initiatives

 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
