Job Summary

A Brand Promoter is responsible for promoting a company’s products or services to increase brand awareness and sales. The role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, explaining benefits, and encouraging purchases at retail stores, events, or promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their needs

• Explain product features, specifications, benefits, and comparisons clearly

• Demonstrate products when required

• Convert walk-in customers into sales

• Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and branding of given brands’ products

• Coordinate with store staff to support sales activities

• Maintain daily sales records and submit reports to the supervisor

• Participate in brand training, promotions, and campaigns

• Provide customer feedback and market insights to the company

• Support after-sales coordination when required (handover to service team)
