Job Summary

The Brand Activation Assistant assists in planning, coordinating, and executing brand activation campaigns, promotional events, and marketing activities. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, engaging customers, and supporting sales objectives while maintaining consistent brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain marketing reports using Excel and PowerPoint, including campaign performance, sales data, and insights.

• Assist in planning and executing BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing activities such as activations, promotions, and field campaigns.

• Actively participate in events, product launches, and promotional activities to support brand visibility and engagement.

• Placement and removal of POSM (Point of Sale Materials) at designated locations.

• Distribution of POSM materials to all sales personnel and distributors.

• Verification and tracking of company assets such as counters, RDU phones, boards, etc.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all assets.

• Closely monitoring competitors’ market and branding activities.

• Ensuring all branding activities are executed within the specified timelines.

• Analyzing competitors’ branding strategies and recommending improvements.

• Setting up and maintaining demonstration areas (tables/booths) during events and promotions.

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
