Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of an immigration consultancy branch. The role involves managing staff, driving business growth, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth and compliant immigration service delivery.

Roles & responsibilities

• Take ownership of the branch's monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve productivity.

• Coordinate between sales, counselling, documentation, accounts, marketing, and management teams.

• Handle escalated client concerns and resolve complaints professionally.

• Present branch performance and growth plans to senior management.

• Monitor daily attendance, activities, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

• 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in immigration, education consultancy, overseas education, or a related service industry.

• Experience managing a sales/counselling team is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead management, conversion, and customer relationship management.

• Previous experience in immigration, education consultancy, recruitment, travel, or related service industries will be an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
