Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Beverage Operations Supervisor to lead daily beverage operations across high-volume hospitality venues (e.g., hotels, resorts, or fine-dining restaurants). In this role, you will oversee bar and beverage service, drive profitability through inventory and cost control, mentor and develop a team of bartenders and servers, and ensure exceptional guest experiences aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibility

• Lead and manage all aspects of beverage operations including bars, lounges, room service, and banquets.

• Supervise, train, and evaluate beverage staff; foster a culture of excellence and accountability.

• Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and service standards across all beverage outlets.

• Manage beverage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste and optimize margins.

• Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and timely deliveries.

• Oversee proper storage, handling, and sanitation of all beverage products and equipment.

• Analyze sales reports, track KPIs (e.g., pour cost, wastage, labor efficiency), and implement corrective actions.

• Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.

• Develop and execute seasonal menus, promotions, and staff training programs.

• Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate critical issues to management.

• Prepare and present daily/weekly operational and financial reports to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field.

• 4+ years of progressive experience in beverage operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role within a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant.

• Proven expertise in bar operations, inventory control, cost management, and P&L oversight.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.

• Proficiency in POS systems (e.g., Toast, Micros, Seven Rooms) and reporting tools.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and manage multiple priorities.
