Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect / Interior Designer to design functional, aesthetically pleasing, and safe residential, commercial, and office spaces. The candidate will collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and project teams to develop design concepts, prepare drawings, and oversee project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Create architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements.

• Prepare floor plans, layouts, 3D models, and technical drawings.

• Develop space planning, furniture layouts, lighting, and material selections.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants during project execution.

• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.

• Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and project budgets.

• Prepare presentations, mood boards, and client proposals.
