Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to support daily accounting and financial operations. The candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Posting journal entries, updating financial statements, maintaining accounts receivable and payable

• Providing  administrative support for the collection of payments and deposit of cheques in the bank

• Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records

• Ensure timely and correct invoicing for sales transactions.

• Following up with clients for collection of payments & dues

• Other duties as assigned by the manager

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field..

• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience referable in the trading or manufacturing industry. (depending on the position level).
