Job Summary

Detail-oriented Accountant with expertise in financial reporting, bookkeeping, tax compliance, account reconciliation, and budgeting. Proficient in accounting software and Excel, with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate financial management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Diligently maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, journals, and accounting records.

•  Ensure timely payment processing and assist in payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.

• Manage the preparation VAT records and submission of ETDS, VAT and other returns as necessary.

•  Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliation.

•  Coordinate with auditors for audits, banks and external parties as necessary.

•  Undertake additional accounting-related responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

•  Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting.

•  Proficiency in accounting software is a must and experience in Tally software is a plus.

•  Microsoft Excel skills are highly desired.

• Strong understanding of Nepali accounting principles and tax regulations.

•  Attention to detail and high accuracy in financial data management.

•  Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
