Job Summary

A Mid-Level Accountant maintains financial records, prepares financial statements, reconciles accounts, assists with budgeting and audits, and ensures compliance with accounting standards and company policies. They work closely with finance teams, management, and external auditors to support the organization's financial health and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.

• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable.

• Perform bank reconciliations and cash management.

• Prepare VAT, TDS, and other statutory filings.

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Support day-to-day finance and administrative activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Knowledge of VAT, TDS, taxation, and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Good communication and organizational abilities.
