As the Country Lead, you will be the foundational architect of our Bhutan business. You will manage the vertical end-to-end, from negotiating with luxury boutique hotels to briefing field teams on international guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product & Contracting: Design 5-8 premium "Signature Experiences" and

• build a trusted network of local partners, guides, and specialists.

• Operations & Compliance Oversee the full guest journey from Paro arrival to

• departure, ensuring all operations comply with Department of Tourism

• regulations and SDF requirements.

• Growth & Strategy: Expand B2B partnerships with international agents and

• contribute to long-term regional strategy across the Himalayas.

Qualification

• Experienced: 5+ years in inbound tourism, specifically with deep operational roots in Bhutan.

• A Builder: You don't just run itineraries; you create them from scratch.

• Connected: You have an established local network of hotels, transport

• providers, and stakeholders.

• Quality-Driven: You understand the high service standards required for

• premium travelers from the US, UK, Europe, and Australia.
